Since beginning our partnership with Muick Sandy at their launch in 2023, Citrus Connect has placed 56 field sales consultants. Muick Sandy came to us in the early stages of the business with a small existing team of around 10–15 field sales representatives and a target of 50. We hit that target within 12 to 18 months, giving them a scalable, reliable pipeline of consultants who represent the brand with the right combination of empathy and commercial drive.

Citrus Connect began with a detailed brief — not just the job description but the company culture, commission structure, realistic OTE, and the profile of their best current sales performers. That brief shaped every sourcing and screening decision that followed. To improve retention and starter conversion, we introduced a shadow day — a day in the field with the regional sales manager following the initial interview with the business. This gave both sides a realistic view before any hiring decision was made, significantly reducing early drop-off and improving the quality of starts.
